I have a medium amount of experience building L C oscillators and playing with electrolysis. I suspect, in the case that Stanley actually found a real and repeatable solution, that the formation of water molecules coming into physical alignment electrostatically, did, in effect, alter the diaelectric constant of the water, compared to random molecular alignment. Stanley may have found a way to retune the oscillator resonance frequency to adjust for this speculative phenomenon. Many comments made by the major players of cracking the covalent bonding structure of water on the molecular level seem to say that this is a VERY frequency dependent phenomenon. The lowest power input occurs at resonance as all the activity is focused at the water capacitor and at the inductor. The diode plus the capacitor not conducting current is what causes the dc voltage to rise. Remember the bridge up in Washington state that the wind destroyed because the bridge started vibrating at its natural resonant frquency. Please keep that in mind when tuning this solution. It is possible that the high voltage, at frequency, raises the dialectric constant so well that the voltage tries to go to infinity and that is what breaks the covalent glue holding these two elements in their otherwise natural electrostatic bondage. If it is true that molecular alignment raises the dialectric constant of pure water and therefore alters system impedance, then frequency tracking may have to accomodate this aspect to achieve and maintain a breakdown level voltage.

Humans have inherited a huge challenge....we have inherited a life and some unexplored ability to keep it.

We as a group are perpetuating, through beliefs of limitation, our responsibility to ourselves and all others..... to deal with our collective inherited mortality resolution possibility.

Further, children have inherited the tendency to become like those who are here now. Within that their life potential is being widely subverted. Education and art can do much to change this tragedy into a miracle of unknown size.

When humans propagate they create both life and death for another innocent being who will come into physical existence to learn about manifestation from those around them.
In the era before Mandatory Immortality this is a death sentence called life.
Humanity wrote a law about pre-meditated murder and this definitely fits that description.
With everyone hypnotized to act as if this intention is sufficient, the children have no protection from this era of rationalized deathwish imposition.....UNTIL NOW!!!(clarification link)
